I have had a fabulous experience over the years at this dealership. Most recently Sierra has gone above and beyond to try to meet my needs. Their inventory is lighter than many other Mercedes dealerships and their prices seem less competitive than many on MBUSA, the national website. In service I have worked with Dan Phong many times, he’s great. Roger Hall has assisted multiple times and has also been very helpful.

Once again the service department did not do everything they said would be done. This is unacceptable from any service provider, and especially unacceptable from a luxury car service provider.

Professional and clean The employees that I interacted with were very Professional, and the dealership was very clean.
All was well until I drove away. The 'check engine' light, which was what I wanted fixed (it was constantly on) was out - that was good. An hour later, before I even got home, it came back on. It's still on. Taking the car back in (which is incredibly inconvenient!) Monday. I paid $2,500 (tho not just for the light issue. Got B service & blutec light checked and fixed as well).
He was great to work with !! He always is !! He takes good care of me and keeps me informed !!

On trip experienced engine sputter an check engine light.Stored codes showed #1 cylinder misfire but this could not be duplicated and the Centerville MB Service Center after test drive of 20 miles under various town and highway driving. Advisor Mr Race suggested to fill up with "Top Tier" gasoline⛽️ at stations with more and effective detergents additions and water control and regular gas storage tank cleaning.
I love the workers there, they break everything down with you before papers are signed.

Great customer service
Came into the dealership to pickup new key blank as part of replacement key fob. Key fob was paid by Carmax which showed two key fobs, but they only had one fob. Carmax reimbursed for the SLC 300 fob and Mercades of Centerville was able to program the fob and make the blank. While I was there mercades of Centerville as replaced the batteries in my GLE 400 fobs free of charge.
Shane Owen’s worked with me on a repair to my wife’s 450GLS. He was able to resolve my issue and gave excellent service. Can not say enough good things about Shane. He is a super individual.
Took over 3 weeks and the top stil does not work on the 98 skl-230. They wanted over $1,600 to replace to rear light assembly. I bout 2 new rear light assembly's for under $200 and according to youtube it takes less than an hour per light and special tooling. I can see why all the mechanics sit around and do nothing?
The Centerville dealership has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It doesn’t matter if I am there for service, the front sales staff always acknowledge me and offer any assistance I may have. The service staff are fantastic. Dylon and Anita….premium CSR! Shane is a pleasure to speak to when I’m making an appointment or picking up my car. He even offered to take me to The Greene while my car was being serviced then pick me up when they were done. Everyone is pleasant and has a good sense of humor. GREAT experience from start to finish.

I asked for my car not to be washed, but clean the windows, that wasn’t done. The service of checking the tire pressure was over looked. The service advisor was great, I don’t think I got the value of what I paid for.

Unprofessional Communication: Throughout the two weeks the vehicle was in the shop, multiple voicemails went unreturned. When contact was finally established, the advisor (Shane) offered excuses about being 'slammed' rather than apologizing for the lack of responsiveness. Condescending Treatment: The overall tone of the interaction was dismissive and condescending, creating a feeling that the customer was a 'nuisance' despite paying $2,770 for repairs.
