Mercedes of Centerville FINALLY figured out what was wrong with my GLA’s speaker. I had taken my car to another dealership three separate times and nothing came of it. Then took it to Centerville and my speaker is fixed! I really appreciated how the service manager kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I will be using Mercedes of Centerville from now on! MB of Centerville did an outstanding job, as usual. Their customer rep, Kate, was especially helpful. One thing I did not care for, however, was the use of an automated system to inform me of additional work that was required. For this purpose, a phone call would have been more appropriate and appreciated. Additionally, using direct verbal contact, vice an automated system, would have provided MB of Centerville to inform me that my car would not be ready at the promised time. As a result, I was surprised when I found out that my car was not ready at the ...

Mercedes Benz of Centerville, OH customer service is excellent. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. The sales staff are awesome and the customer service in the auto service department are great also. I’m in and out at the time they say. I have had to drop my vehicle off in the past and they would finish the maintenance before close of business.

I bought my 2012 C300 from Mercedes of Centerville in 2016 and have been very happy with this car. Imagine my shock and horror to discover that the rear subframe was rusted out. The car would swerve to the right badly under heavy braking. The car was unsafe to drive. After some online research, I discovered that this is a somewhat common problem. I feared that the car was scrap. I then discovered that Mercedes has extended the factory warranty to cover this repair. I contacted the Mercedes of Centerville service department and they acknowledged that the subframe was covered under warranty. ...
