Great customer service
Came into the dealership to pickup new key blank as part of replacement key fob. Key fob was paid by Carmax which showed two key fobs, but they only had one fob. Carmax reimbursed for the SLC 300 fob and Mercades of Centerville was able to program the fob and make the blank. While I was there mercades of Centerville as replaced the batteries in my GLE 400 fobs free of charge.
Shane Owen’s worked with me on a repair to my wife’s 450GLS. He was able to resolve my issue and gave excellent service. Can not say enough good things about Shane. He is a super individual.
Took over 3 weeks and the top stil does not work on the 98 skl-230. They wanted over $1,600 to replace to rear light assembly. I bout 2 new rear light assembly's for under $200 and according to youtube it takes less than an hour per light and special tooling. I can see why all the mechanics sit around and do nothing?
The Centerville dealership has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It doesn’t matter if I am there for service, the front sales staff always acknowledge me and offer any assistance I may have. The service staff are fantastic. Dylon and Anita….premium CSR! Shane is a pleasure to speak to when I’m making an appointment or picking up my car. He even offered to take me to The Greene while my car was being serviced then pick me up when they were done. Everyone is pleasant and has a good sense of humor. GREAT experience from start to finish.

I was so impressed with her ability to communicate and correct a situation that turned out great.
I asked for my car not to be washed, but clean the windows, that wasn’t done. The service of checking the tire pressure was over looked. The service advisor was great, I don’t think I got the value of what I paid for.

Unprofessional Communication: Throughout the two weeks the vehicle was in the shop, multiple voicemails went unreturned. When contact was finally established, the advisor (Shane) offered excuses about being 'slammed' rather than apologizing for the lack of responsiveness. Condescending Treatment: The overall tone of the interaction was dismissive and condescending, creating a feeling that the customer was a 'nuisance' despite paying $2,770 for repairs. Went in for A service for my 2012 C Class. Experience was better than previous visits. Time and attention were paid to my vehicle, I received a video report from the service technician, which was very much appreciated, and they cleaned my car which they had not done for the past few visits. A better visit overall recently than previous visits.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy; several days/times were available which made it very convenient. My service advisor was personable and kept me updated on the expected wait time. My car had been vacuumed, washed and pulled around to the side of the service department so that I could hop in and be on my way. Absolute stellar service!

They lied to me. I had my car towed because I thought something else was wrong, not realizing it was simply out of gas. They told me it was a fuel pump sensor issue, but I later found out there was nothing wrong with my car. When I got my car back, it was making a terrible sound. I honestly don’t know what they did to it. I called them, and they promised to call me back, but they never did. I’m very disappointed.
